Sponsorships are accepted with completed form and 25% deposit. To meet advertising deadlines, sponsorships must be received by December 1, 2009, and to be included in the show program full payment must be received by January 1, 2010. Sponsorships will be accepted after December 1, 2009, however some promotional opportunities may be missed. Full payment on all sponsorships must be received by February 1, 2010. No sponsor will be listed, either in advertising or on website, until full payment is  received.
